Resumen:
Arrancado de los brazos de su madre por Bart, Danny sólo conoce el mundo que éste le ha mostrado: la habitación en la que vive y los actos de violencia que se ve obligado a cometer cuando las personas a las que Bart presta dinero se retrasan en el pago.
